Central Bank of India Apprentice 2026: Apply Online for 4500 Training Seats
Central Bank of India has released the official notification for engagement of Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for F.Y. 2026-27. Eligible NATS-registered graduates can apply online from 12 June 2026 to 22 June 2026 for 4500 apprentice training seats across India.

Age Limit
As on 31 May 2026, minimum age is 20 years and maximum age is 28 years for unreserved/EWS candidates. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 31 May 1998 and not later than 31 May 2006, both dates inclusive. Age relaxation applies as per Government of India rules for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, widows/divorced women/women legally separated and not remarried.
Student Highlights
- Total training seats: 4500 across India.
- Training period is 12 months.
- Monthly stipend is Rs. 15,000; apprentices are not eligible for other allowances or benefits.

How To Apply
01Open the NATS portal at nats.education.gov.in and complete Student Register/Login if you are eligible.
02After logging in to NATS, view the Apprenticeship Advertisement of Central Bank of India and apply for the opportunity.
03Note your NATS Enrolment ID for all future correspondence.
04After successfully applying on NATS, watch for the BFSI SSC email from info@bfsissc.com inviting you to complete the final application.
05Open beep.bfsissc.com, fill the required details including category and choice of districts for apprenticeship training.
06Upload photograph, signature, and required documents as per portal instructions.
07Pay the applicable application/examination/intimation fee online before 22 June 2026.
08Submit the form carefully, because no change in application details is allowed after final submission.
Photo And Signature Requirements
- Scan and upload photograph, signature, and documents as required by the NATS and BFSI SSC portals.
- Keep date of birth proof, graduation/mandatory qualification certificates, category certificate, PwBD certificate if applicable, and other supporting documents ready.
- Use only valid documents and ensure the name, date of birth, category, mobile number, email ID, examination centre, and other details are correct before final submit.
Exam Day Requirements
- Candidates must appear for the selection process at their own cost.
- Candidates applying for a State should be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding one of the specified local/official languages of that State.
- Candidates must satisfy document verification and character/caste certificate verification wherever applicable.
- Selected candidates must be medically fit and must accept the digital apprenticeship contract through the government apprenticeship portal.
- All updates, addendum, corrigendum, exam details, and instructions will be published on the Central Bank of India recruitment page.
Eligibility And Selection
Qualification: Candidates must be registered on the NATS portal and must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Graduation must have been completed on or after 01 January 2022.
- Online objective test conducted by BFSI SSC.
- Test of local language for the State applied for.
- Candidates with Class 10 or Class 12 mark sheet showing study of the specified opted local language may be exempted from the local language test.
- Document verification for date of birth, category, educational qualification, and other application details.
- Medical fitness as per Central Bank of India requirement.
- Final engagement is subject to merit, vacancy, eligibility, document verification, local language qualification, and medical fitness.
Exam Pattern
- Online examination is objective type with 100 questions for 100 marks.
- General/Financial Awareness: 20 questions for 20 marks.
- Quantitative and Reasoning Aptitude: 20 questions for 20 marks.
- Computer Knowledge: 20 questions for 20 marks.
- General English: 20 questions for 20 marks.
- Central Bank of India Products and Services: 20 questions for 20 marks.
- Total duration is 60 minutes.
- There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.
- Medium of test is English/Hindi for General/Financial Awareness, Quantitative and Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge; General English and Central Bank of India Products and Services are in English.
