Jharkhand JTET 2026 Online Form - Last Date Extended
Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi issued Advertisement No. 24/2026 dated 28 March 2026 for Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test 2026. Online applications were invited from 21 April to 21 May 2026, and Web Notice 29/2026 later extended the online application last date to 20 July 2026 with correction guidance for eligible candidates.

Who Should Check This JTET Page?
- Candidates seeking teacher eligibility for Jharkhand Classes 1 to 5 should check Level 1.

- Candidates eligible for both levels can apply for both levels together.

Exam Pattern
- Level 1 is for teachers of Classes 1 to 5.
- Level 2 is for teachers of Classes 6 to 8.
- Candidates may appear for one level or both levels if eligible.
- Each level has one consolidated question paper of 2 hours 30 minutes.
- Eligible disabled candidates get 30 minutes extra time and scribe facility as per rules.
- Question papers are in Hindi and English; language-subject papers are in the concerned language.
- Questions are objective multiple-choice type and answers are marked on OMR sheet.
- There is no negative marking.
- Minimum qualifying marks: General / EWS 60 percent; BC-I / BC-II 55 percent; SC / ST / PVTG / PwD 52 percent.

- Read Advertisement No. 24/2026, JTET Rules 2026, Web Notice 29/2026, and portal instructions before applying.
- Choose Level 1, Level 2, or both levels according to your eligibility.
- Fill personal, category, educational, training, language, address, subject, and other required details carefully.
- Pay the applicable online fee and keep the payment confirmation.
- Submit the JTET 2026 online application before the extended last date of 20 July 2026 if you have not already applied.
- Use the correction route described in the notice only when your correction type requires it.
- Download or print the submitted application and keep checking the official portal for admit card, answer key, result, and schedule updates.
