Exam Day Requirements

- MPPSC will publish any written examination, interview, result, and document-related updates only on mppsc.mp.gov.in.
Eligibility And Selection
Qualification: Postgraduate degree with at least second division in Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics from a recognized university, as per the official PDF.
- Selection is normally based on interview.
- If the number of applicants is more than 500, MPPSC may conduct a written examination.
- For 2-3 advertised posts, up to 24 candidates may be called for interview as per the table in the official PDF.
- Interview is of 100 marks; minimum qualifying marks are 41 for unreserved category and 31 for reserved category / PwD candidates.
- Where a written examination is held, final selection will be based on written examination plus interview marks, subject to eligibility and document verification.
Exam Pattern
- Selection is interview based unless applicant count exceeds 500.
- If MPPSC conducts a written examination, the scheme and syllabus will be published separately on the MPPSC website.
